The word Bhulekh when split, ‘Bhu’ means the land and ‘lekh’ means keeping the record. Therefore, the word means maintaining the account or details of the land. The UPBhulekh has been launched by the Revenue Board (Govt. of UP) to promote the National Land Records modernization programme of the Indian government. This portal’s beneficiaries are the citizens of Uttar Pradesh. Now they don’t have to go to the government offices and wait endlessly to get their details. What Is Khatauni?

Khatauni used to be referred to as an account book, maintained by the patwari to keep the details of the land records in the Indian Land record system. Khatauni number is issued to the cultivators who cultivate pieces of land.

What Is Khasra Number?

It is the plot or survey number assigned to agricultural land by the government of a state.

What Is Jamabandi?

It refers to the land records, containing the owner’s name, cultivated area, share of each owner and other rights. That’s why it is also termed as ‘Record of Rights’.

  • Then select the relevant tehsil and village from another list.
  • Then enter the required information. You can enter the information either by searching the Gaata number or by account holder’s name or number.
  • Once done, click on See Evaluation.
  • Details of your account would be displayed on your screen.
  • Print the details and save the copy.

  • Enter the captcha code and submit.
  • Check your district, tehsil and then village and then proceed.

  • Enter the captcha code and submit it.
  • Select your district, tehsil and village
  • Enter your Khasra or gaata number and proceed.

  • Choose your tehsil
  • To select a village, click the first letter of the Hindi keyboard on the side. You will see the villages starting with that letter. Choose your village.
  • Search by gaata / Khasra Number: – On clicking, enter gaata number and click on View Quote.

  • Click on the menu of the condition of plots / gaata in village
  • Choose your district
  • Choose your tehsil
  • To select a village, click the first letter of the Hindi keyboard on the side. You will see the villages starting with that letter. Choose your village.
  • Click on the gaata status to go to your court for a lawsuit.
